Read this site full of stories posted by food servers: The Stained Apron. Very entertaining, lots of horror stories, and a few triumphs. People treat food servers so poorly sometimes; you really have to sympathize.

I wish they'd cjhange their color scheme on the content pages, however. I find white text on burgundy very hard to read, especially 10 point times stretched the full width of my browser. It's still worth reading, though.
